1. Free electricity usage is included up to 50 units per day. Additional usage will be charged at 4 THB per unit. 2. Please complete TM30 registration for all foreign guests as required by Thai law. 3. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. 4. Marijuana and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the property. 5. Please report any problems immediately during your stay, such as water leaks, damaged items, or maintenance issues. 6. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 7. Parties, loud events, and excessive noise are not allowed. 8. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. 9. Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the villa. 10. Before check-out, please return the key to the lockbox and make sure all doors and windows are securely locked. 11. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. 12. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
